About
Transparency. Execution. Value Creation.
Based in Denver, CO, Humble Midstream II is focused on developing infrastructure to transform energy markets by delivering sustainable and scalable low-carbon solutions to accelerate the net-zero future.
A Proven Track Record
In mid-2023, Humble I announced its agreement to exit its joint venture with Enbridge , Inc. Through this JV, Humble was instrumental in developing a world-class scale blue hydrogen and ammonia production and export facility on the U.S. Gulf Coast, providing seaborne access to global chemical and energy markets via Corpus Christi. Upon Humble’s exit, this best-in-class facility had been developed and commercialized to include 700 Mtpd hydrogen production, a 1.4mm Mtpa ammonia synthesis loop and a 120,000 Mt refrigerated storage facility.
Additionally, the Humble team has built strategically placed midstream assets, including significant gas treating facilities, crude and natural gas gathering and transportation pipelines, NGL storage facilities, LPG export terminals, and other traditional midstream infrastructure across the Eagle Ford Shale and Powder River Basin, and in Montney, Alberta and British Columbia.
