With 22 years of Canadian energy experience, Brian has held executive positions with Seven Generations Energy, ARC Resources and most recently as Chief Financial Officer of Tidewater Midstream. Brian’s corporate experience has included strategic debt and equity financings, go public events, major corporate acquisitions and dispositions as well as leading broader stakeholder relations and energy transition initiatives. Additionally, Brian worked within the energy origination and trading businesses at Credit Suisse, Citibank and RBC focused on structuring commodity-based risk management, financing and physical transactions within the Canadian energy sector. Brian holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Haskayne School of Business in Calgary.
